I need a Oblivion Mod......
I know, I know the game came out three years ago , but my brother and I saw it cheap, and was like 'why not?'
But i am having problmes with leveling in the game, as well as those who have played the game experienced, when you increase pointless skills like illusion and then when you get to like level 20 you are like getting overpowered by enemies, because the game level with you.
The only worthwile damage skills I have, that are on expert, are destruction and conjuration. I went mage as class and now all i can do is destruction and conjuration, all the other worthwile useful skills like blade, heavy armour/light armour, block are at apprentice level.
I should of closed more oblivion gates earlier on in the game because now at level 20, the deadric enemies that one were scamps are now storm atronachs and there are always three of themn surronding you and i cant handle all of them.
Quests are easy, and the leveling so far hasn't really effected them, it's the dugeons and the gates that are annoying me at high levels.
Can anyone recommed somesort of leveling mod, something that would help the situation I am in?

This is not really the correct place to be looking for Oblivion mods. You may want to look around Google for better results.

This is a Guild Wars forum being in the off topic or not. I'm just saying there are much much better places to look for this stuff.

I can suggest something... it's not exactly a leveling mod, but it will help the situation that you're in.
It's called KAOS, it adds a bunch of skills and spells to Oblivion. I would say that the skills are a cross between Guild Wars style and World of Warcraft style... they've got conditional logic, they don't take hours to recharge, and you can use any of them at any time.

If for the computer you can hit the "`/~" button (above caps lock) and type tgm into the little box to toggkle godmode, make you invincible. Not really a mod but could help.

Just hit escape and turn difficulty to minimum if you're having trouble.
To level your lower skills go to the daedric shrine where all the guys are frozen and attack them, they can't die and you can level up quickly.

Most mods for oblivion out there are just for aesthetics. The game can be made ridiculously by setting the game difficulty setting to zero. Check out http://tesnexus.com/ they might have the stuff you are looking for.

Thats the thing about oblivion, your level doesn't matter. Taking useless skills like acrobatics just makes life harder for you. Take skills that actually help in a fight, that way by the time you're a higher level you've got a crapload of stuff available.

From what I heard, in oblivion you don't need to level and it actually makes the game easier in general if you don't.

Really, just never sleep. Your skills will go up, your attributes stay the same, and the monsters never level up. So you are a 100 swordman Level 1 dude whupping ass on a rad with your iron sword. Then, you just sleep when you get bored, you go up 1 level per sleep. Sleep till you are challenged again, you are higher level, so you get better loot.
Once you are level 30, things stop leveling anyways, and if you have troubles at lvl 25, you have the wrong skills trained.

Bring up the command screen on Oblivion by pressing this "~". Then click the character you want dead, type in kill. Then he dies, if you want everyone dead just type killall without clicking on anyone.
